I lead global buyer engagements through strategic overseas meetings, building long-term partnerships that drive business growth. I oversee pricing strategies and high-level negotiations, aligning final prices with factory partners to ensure mutual profitability. My role includes identifying and onboarding manufacturing partners that meet client requirements, compliance standards, and production goals.

I specialize in client acquisition by negotiating techno-commercial terms and ensuring smooth onboarding and relationship management. Acting as the primary liaison with buyers, I turn their needs into actionable, results-driven strategies. I also mentor cross-functional teams and implement cost-reduction and quality-improvement techniques across the supply chain—ensuring operational excellence from start to finish.

Thermax Group

General Manager (Marketing & Merchandising)

At Thermax Group, I led a team of 45 professionals to oversee end-to-end production and merchandising operations. I was responsible for creating detailed T&A plans, implementing quality control systems, and ensuring on-time delivery of 2–2.5 million pieces of knit garments per month, valued at USD 6–7 million.

I played a key role in developing over 250 styles per season and successfully onboarded major international buyers such as FOREVER21, NEW YORKER, and ALCOTT—strengthening the company’s global portfolio and expanding its client base.

ZXY International FZCO.

Team Manager for Woven & Jersey

Dec’14 to Sep’17

At ZXY International, I led an 8-member team to deliver end-to-end merchandising solutions across Woven and Jersey product lines. I managed production, supply chain coordination, quality control, and shipping operations across 13 factories over 4 seasons annually.

My focus on operational efficiency and execution excellence ensured the on-time shipment of 1.5 to 1.8 million pieces per season, valued at approximately USD 4.5 million, while maintaining high compliance and buyer satisfaction standards.

Simple Approach Ltd

At Simple Approach Ltd., I advanced through three key roles over five years, handling major European and North American retail accounts. Working closely with a small team, I managed sample development through to shipment, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

I was responsible for booking and tracking fabric, trims, and accessories, ensuring they were in-house and properly allocated for production. Successfully coordinated the production and shipment of 1–1.2 million pieces per season (90% woven), valued at USD 4 million.

Merchandiser

At Palmal Group, I managed the full merchandising cycle for Wal*Mart Mexico, from sample development (proto, fit, PP, TOP) to final production. I handled fabric and trim bookings, price negotiations, PI/LC follow-ups, and ensured timely in-house delivery and smooth distribution from the central store.

This role gave me a solid foundation in merchandising operations, supply chain coordination, and buyer communication—helping me understand complex workflows and resolve production challenges effectively.
